English singer and songwriter, Ed Sheeran has began his third world tour and will be playing at the Olympic Stadium in Rome on the 16th June 2019. The tour is entitled the Divide Tour in support of his third studio album, ÷ (pronounced "divide"). It officially began on the 16th March 2017, in Turin, Italy and is set to end on 26 August 2019, in Ipswich, England. The album was released on the 3rd March 2017 and topped the charts in 15 countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia. ‘Castle On The Hill’ and ‘Shape Of You’ were released as the album's lead singles on the 6th January 2017. The album went on to produce three more hit singles, ‘Galway Girl’, ‘Perfect’ and ‘Happier’. At the age of just 28 and with several Grammys and Brit Awards, Ed Sheeran has become one of the UK’s most successful solo artists with exceptional worldwide recognition.
