Zaha Hadid And Italy Exhibition In Rome

Zaha Hadid redefined the architecture of the 21st century, capturing the imagination of the whole world. Considered to be one of the most influential and visionary architects our time, the MAXXI National Museum is hosting the Zaha Hadid And Italy exhibition which is devoted to Zaha and her work, with reference to the projects built in Italy, including the recently inaugurated Terminal Marittimo in Salerno, the Messner Mountain Museum in Plan de Corones, the almost complete City Life project in Milan and the MAXXI building itself.


From pictorial sketches to three-dimensional models, from virtual renderings to inter-disciplinary studies for the use of new technologies, in a constant drive for pioneering design research and investigation, the exhibition sheds light on the intensive and enduring relationship between Zaha Hadid and Italy.


Opening hours: Tuesdays to Fridays and Sundays from 11:00am to 7:00pm, Saturdays from 11:00am to 10:00pm (closed on Mondays). Tickets: 12 Euros. Last entrance is one hour before closing time.
