Retake Roma - The Citizens Regain Possession Of Rome

This week we would like to bring to the attention of an endearing story of volunteer work which has literally swept across Rome. 'Retake Roma' is a non-profit organization formed by normal citizens who have decided to fight against urban decay which is occurring in many towns and cities throughout the world. They also wish to spread common communal values and a civic sense of duty amongst Rome's citizens and tourists. While touring the city and visiting Rome's famous attractions, do not be surprised if you find groups of people intent on removing illegal posters and flyering or disfiguring graffiti. Retake Roma also promotes the development of street art in a specially designed space.
