The Spring edition of Rome's creative handicrafts fair 'Abilmente Mostra-Atelier Della Manualità Creativa' (Skilful Handmade Creativity Exhibition and Workshop) starts on Thursday 17th March at one of the city's main exhibition centres, Fiera Di Roma. The first edition of the Abilmente-Roma attracted over 17,000 visitors and no doubt this Spring edition will be even more successful. For four days visitors can learn about many of the handicrafts which have become popular with all age groups, such as bijoux, cake design, crochet, sewing, patchwork, embroidery weaving, etc. In total there will be 150 exhibitors from all over Italy and overseas. However, it is the audience who are the real stars as they will be invited to participate in the rich program of courses and demonstrations, including several workshops, seminars and courses (limited participants).

The Fiera Di Roma is located approximately 14 miles (25 kilometres) south west from Rome's historic centre and can easily be reached by car, bus (BusForFun route) or train (FR 1 in the direction of Fiumicino).

Opening times: 10:00am - 7:30pm. Tickets: full price: 10 Euros / reduced price: 8 Euros / 2 days: 15 Euros / 3 days: 20 Euros.
