Check-ins after 11:00pm will incur an additional charge of 15 Euros, which is to be paid during check-in (in cash). Please note that according to Italian law, guests must provide valid ID, such as a passport or national identification card, in order to check in at any hotel.

No, reception is open between 8:00am and 11:00pm. However you will receive a key for the main door, so that you can come and go as you wish. Furthermore, on arrival you will be given our emergency number for getting in touch with us, if you need to reach us outside reception hours.
