The Cure have announced a new European tour this Autumn with 30 shows in 17 countries: their first major European stadium tour since 2008! The monumental British band, led by Robert Smith, will be in Rome at the city's impressive Palalottomatica stadium on the 30th October 2016. Over the past seven years The Cure have held a series of high-profile shows in the UK and beyond, where they were headliners of the most important European festivals, including Roskilde, Werchter, Reading and Leeds, Pinkpop, Hurricane and Southside, Paleo, Vieilles Charrues, BBK, Belfort, Optimus Alive!, Spring, Frequency, Electric Picnic, Bestival and many others. Produced and organised by Barley Arts, the tour will see Robert Smith (vocals/guitar), Simon Gallup (bass), Jason Cooper (drums), Roger O'Donnell (keyboards) and Reeves Gabrels (guitar) present 37 years of The Cure's influential music, including hit songs, remixes, rarities, etc. All with a new production for a show that promises to be one of the unmissable events of 2016! Support band for all dates will be The Twilight Sad.
